I had absolutely no problem whatsoever in getting my coffee maker changed out to what I had pods for. From the front desk staff all the way to house keeping and maintenance, exceptional, curtious and helpful. Their objective was the satisfaction of their guests. The place was full of competitors crazy busy, the staff was not phased in the least. Their game was in full view. Thank you. 5 stars plus!

Location near the Falls and Niagara on the lake. This was an overnight stop for us on way to the states so was perfectly situated near the roads we needed. The restaurant on site provided good value for money.

The house is clean and lovely. We enjoyed the indoors sitting. As it was raining, we didn't get a chance to sit on the deck. The breakfast with the fresh fruit is a nice extra.
