The hotel is in a pretty good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly cleaned and all the space around was sterilely cleaned. No noise bothered us. The room has everything you need: hair dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee, tea, mirrors.

This is the new definition of a luxury boutique hotel for me. The hosts are just incredible, you can tell that this is their passion. Ultra welcoming, very helpful and they go the extra mile! Super location and beautiful view from our window over Lake Biel. Clean and comfortable. Quiet. Breakfast was good though basic. A greater choice would have been nice. The lady in charge was very attentive and friendly.
