Everything about the hotel is excellent. The staff and owners are absolutely amazingly friendly and do everything to make your stay comfortable. The rooms and restaurant are ultra clean and show great pride in small details of decor to meet your needs. Robert was very communicative prior to arriving at the apartment. We were told how to access the keys and the instructions were very clear. The apartment was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was also great that we were able to cook for ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was so quiet and peaceful, even though we were out exploring Zurich/Basel for most of our visit, we were still able to enjoy peace and quiet on the days when we decided to relax in Brugg. We had no issues during our stay and we would happily visit again should we travel to Switzerland in the future.

Bluebell is a lovely location, great welcome. Lovely touches like fresh flowers, cold beer in the fridge wine available, fabulous breakfast with warm croissants and second day breakfast available to order.kitchenette which is well stocked. Great bathroom and lovely glass balcony to sit in and admire the views.

Property was awesome. Owners Stefan and Maelle were very matured and friendly couple. Hardworking too. We had complete privacy there. House is equipped with all facilities required to live. Had a cozy stay. Property is near to Turgi station and Supermarkets like Coop, Denner, Landi etc.. Overall awesome experience and no regrets.
