The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would really like ti mention Mr. Raul’s name for his commendable hospitality. We did had an early check in which he did it with very smooth process and we also did have a free upgrade from hotel. The service did exceeded my expectations. The apartment was amazing, brand new, had everything we needed, the view was breathtaking, staff were so helpful, walking around the village was so beautiful, little shops, food and drink, visited the castle and the alien museam and walked around, the snow was just the icing in the cake, cannot express in words how amazing this place is
