Everything was perfect- location, staff, facilities, breakfast. Our room has the best view! The staff were very nice and accomodating! They even prepared a very special breakfast for me and my husband on our last day there. I highly recommend Strandhotel, best hotel in Iseltwald! Just few steps away from the kdrama Crash Landing On You's landing stage! Hope to be back!

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room is very modern and clean. You sleep peacefully without any noise. The hotel is in the center of interlaken near everything and very close to the interlaken west station. I would definitely recommend it.

This place is run by a lovely couple who are genuinely kind, helpful, and solution-oriented. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home. We had a wonderful stay at the Grandhotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful, in particular Sebastian at reception. We stayed in one of the rooms at the front of the hotel with a small balcony and a spectacular view of Lake Brienz and the waterfall. The room was really clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was delicious and well presented. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, with a lovely walk down to the lake, the funicular train, and several hikes around the waterfall. The outdoor pool area is also lovely, both for a swim and to sit down for a while. A wonderful, tranquil slice of heaven. Can't wait to return!
