The staff were exceptional, without exception everyone was kind, thoughtful and helpful. The breakfasts were plentiful with plenty of choice, also breakfast boxes for the early morning trips out were available. Dinner was fun, eating 'en-famile'. The menu was vegetarian and really delicious (we are meat eaters but loved the veggie food). Franz arranges amazing trekking trips and is a font of knowledge. About 5 miles from the centre of Talca and very straightforward by taxi or uber.

The hotel is located close to the railway station of Talca. I loved that the room was faceing to the inner garden, and the breakfast room is just beautiful. Overall the location infuse a sense of calm. For breakfast a good variety of food is served.
