I would definitely recommend this hotel to those visitors who search for a good quality for the modest price. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with the comfy rest zone, free laundry and very nice staff. Room itself was also big and clean, we really enjoyed our stay here. The day before our arrival hotel staff sent us an instruction and guide how to find a hotel, as it is located on the 5th floor of another hotel’s building (which was not a problem, we found it very quickly).

It’s a really luxurious experience. Go for the club rates, which is essentially their all inclusive. The staff go out of their way to make it the perfect stay. Opt for a higher room.

What i liked? Everything! There is nothing i could complain about. The first moment i entered Ascott Raffles, i felt like home. Every single employee is totally accommodating and kind. The rooms aber super clean and you have everything you need inside: - coffee machine with tabs - 2 bottles of water every day - washing machine powder to do your laundry in the apartment, but there is also a laundromat - there is an iron for your clothes - drying rack - completely decorated kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals - if you are to lazy to go out or cook by your own, there is a service where a robot will bring the food to your room - very good air conditioning - big shower and also a bathtub - very comfortable bed with 4 pillows .. and much more.. If you go out, you can directly walk into the big shopping mall, where you will find eveything you need. I highly recommend this hotel and i hope i can come back soon again. Thanks to the staff for this wonderful time!

Excellent service from housekeeping to the front desk staff. Requests were fulfilled at the shortest time. Full facilities including washing machine and dryer. Most importantly, it was in good condition. The whole area was clean and well maintained. I will recommend it to my family and friends.

This is an older hotel but don't be deceived. The service is absolutely brilliant. Everything is superclean and works exactly how it should. The staff are friendly and can't do enough for you. At breakfast they are very helpful and the price is a great deal if you reserve at check-in. Gym good and a nice pool with good changing facilities..

An awesome spot with a Japanese vibe – I truly felt like I had stepped into the world of Kung Fu Panda! Even the Japanese-style toilet was a unique experience. I absolutely loved their cozy little bar, and the location couldn’t be better – right in the center, with everything super easy to reach.

The Host and his family were very helpful and kind. The location of this place is amazing for those of you who want to relax and learn more about traditional Chongqing life style. The host invited all the guests for a Mid-Autumn Festival dinner cooked by him and his family. Just 10 mins walk, for me, from subway station line 6. The Apartment by itself is a symbol of tradition and modern designs. I would definitely come back to stay.
