It’s super nice, modern rooms, very clean, charming lobby and terrace and a perfect location, steps away from the river just enough for a perfect sleep away from the noise. The service is amazing! Extremely welcoming hosts, great attention to detail, always trying to make your feel as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was also very good and they even gave us a goodbye present. I injured my ankle and they were always looking after me, got me medicine and helped me out. Couldn’t recommend it more! A 10/10.

Had a wonderful stay! Hotel off a side street and serene entry. Rooms were small but extremely clean and had everything you need. Owner very communicative and even helped us find a driver to get to Fenghuang, then check to make sure we arrived ok.

Absolutely brilliant stay! The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!

Hemu House is situated in Fenghuang and offers a garden and a shared lounge. The property has city and quiet street views.
