The location was incredible and our stay in the tree house was very comfortable. All the staff were very kind and attentive, helping us to decide and arrange tours for everything we wanted to do. Luis even kindly rescued us from a tarantula who had made its home in our room! Arranging a private boat to the hotel was very easy and facilitated by Natura.

I was impressed with my room, it offered a sizeable double bed and the accomodation itself overlooked the Amazon river. where you can admire the sunrise and sunset. The staff were super helpful & friendly. The Maloka in the center of the accommodation offered the perfect space to browse the handmade artesanias, as well as enjoy a meal and meet local people and travellers alike. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Everything! Leo and his family are kind and make you feel very welcome. The hotel is right next to the forest so you hear birds and other nature sounds and you can spot monkeys from the hammock. The food was also really delicious and the tours Leo offers were amazing.

Our trip to the Amazon was incredible. The best stay of our Colombian trip, we cannot recommend it enough. The food was local and they adapted to our preferences (my partner is vegetarian), the cabins were comfortable, cozy and we felt at home. Probably the best hostel in the entire Amazon! Not only are the owners and their entire family extremely kind and helpful, the food is also amazing and they are the only place in Macedonia (the village) with uninterrupted electricity and high speed internet thanks to solar panels and Starlink (satellite internet). I got quite a bit of work done during my stay and was also able to relax. The hostel is located at the edge of the village (about 5 min walking from where you arrive by boat), which means that it's very quiet and peaceful.

Staff were really friendly and took us on tours into the jungle and down the river to see some wildlife and indigenous communities. The hostel itself is a great place to relax and switch off. The top terrace has a great view over the river, and we even saw monkeys running along the wire just in front of the terrace!
