We traveled as a family and the apartment was just what we were looking for: comfortable, well-equipped, and peaceful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, the facilities were above expectations and the pool was great and the security of the place was impeccable. We felt very welcome and had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Great communication with the owner and manager, it is a very good appartement with everything you need. The owner has prepared a great guide to find everything you need to know! The location is great to avoid the big tourism in Sal but still have everything what you need close by. Perfect also if you want to do water sport.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Sol & Lar No Stress on Ilha do Sal. From the moment i arrived, the hosts made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. They were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations we had during our stay. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. What really stood out, however, were the extra touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. On the resort Vila Verde theres a restaurant that serves delicious local dishes, and the atmosphere is perfect for a laid-back meal after a day of exploring. If you’re in the mood to cook, the nearby supermarket is just a short walk away, offering a great selection of fresh produce and essentials. One of the best features was the free shuttle bus that takes you to several key spots on the island, including Santa Maria, Praia da Ponte Preta, and Espargos (the capital). It was such a convenient way to explore the island without worrying about transportation. Overall, I can’t recommend Sol & Lar No Stress enough. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this place has it all—great hosts, convenient amenities, and fantastic shuttle service. Will definitely be back!

The breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. The staff was super friendly and great, overall the vibe was very relaxed. I must add that I think they really made effort to process the feedback because all the things we read previously about the beds at the pool and headboard of the bad that would be dated and old towels, we did NOT see. Everything seemed very updated actually! Would highly recommend also because of the relaxed vibe overall.

My first accommodation on a two week trip to Cape Verde. Too bad it's only for one night. The owners are very nice. Of course, it is not a hotel with many stars, but it has everything you need and I really liked it. In the evening in the bar you can meet different people from different places and that is good. This was my second time booking this accommodation, and still so very happy that I stayed here. One of the members even recognized me! The team treats you as family and makes sure that all is well. I wanted to book a last minute catamaran cruise tour but everything was fully booked.. I told them and just a few calls later, they managed to arrange one for me! the hotel is small but very comfortable. the staff is really nice . I would also recommend getting a massage with Marcelo, it was amazing ! I would also add that both the cocktails and the dinner offered at the restaurant are great.
