Very beautiful property, with everything we needed as a family with a 1 year old and a 4 year old we especially enjoyed the fact that there was a play room on the patio. The gym was also very much appreciated! The house was clean and had enough room to accommodate 2 families !

The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The lady was so sweet and let me keep the room the next day until I went to the airport without my even asking. It was in a good location for the hike I wanted. Comfortable, safe and good value for money. They also organised a cheaper airport taxi. Very responsive to messages. Thanks again for the great stay

Nice, spacious room with large bathroom and balcony. A bit old-fashioned (which added some charm) but fully comfortable. Excellent big breakfast, including a cachupa with egg - a welcome energy boost before a day of hiking! Location in the centre of Assomada which is not exactly a beatiful town but has a purely local feel and an excellent location for hiking in the interior of the Santiago island. Some hikes are accessible on foot, some by taking an aluguer (minibus) - and the aluguer station is just a few steps away from Asa Branca. Some previous guests complained about street noise but we had a room at the back and it was quiet.

Staying at the Spacious Penthouse with BBQ and Views was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views from the terrace—truly the best spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The apartment itself is modern, stylish, and incredibly spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The BBQ on the private terrace was a fantastic touch—we had an amazing dinner while watching the sunset over the city. The location is also perfect! Close to everything—restaurants, shops, and the beach—yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. This location is incredibly convenient, being so close to the airport, which minimizes travel time. I appreciated the simplicity of the design, which was both creative and aesthetically pleasing. We had a great stay. Kind hosts, a huge apartment, and rooms in good condition,, everything is good. Also, there are snacks for guests to have a light breakfast. The hosts are really considerate of us and they do quick responses. I highly recommend staying here.
