We had a great stay in this big and modern house. The view was exceptional too. We would have loved to stay longer. The host also organised us a great diner right next to the house.

The owners are so friendly, the house has a very chill vibe and a beautiful swimming pool, great breakfast! The house is not in the city center but thats actually quite nice since its very peaceful and the owner offers you to ride you to beautiful places. Highly recommend this place.

The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The lady was so sweet and let me keep the room the next day until I went to the airport without my even asking. It was in a good location for the hike I wanted. Comfortable, safe and good value for money. They also organised a cheaper airport taxi. Very responsive to messages. Thanks again for the great stay

Nice, spacious room with large bathroom and balcony. A bit old-fashioned (which added some charm) but fully comfortable. Excellent big breakfast, including a cachupa with egg - a welcome energy boost before a day of hiking! Location in the centre of Assomada which is not exactly a beatiful town but has a purely local feel and an excellent location for hiking in the interior of the Santiago island. Some hikes are accessible on foot, some by taking an aluguer (minibus) - and the aluguer station is just a few steps away from Asa Branca. Some previous guests complained about street noise but we had a room at the back and it was quiet.

Staying at the Spacious Penthouse with BBQ and Views was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views from the terrace—truly the best spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The apartment itself is modern, stylish, and incredibly spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The BBQ on the private terrace was a fantastic touch—we had an amazing dinner while watching the sunset over the city. The location is also perfect! Close to everything—restaurants, shops, and the beach—yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Basically, it must be said that the apartment is very nicely furnished and offers a lot of space. It is also very modern, and the balcony is lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dolce Vita. Especially, the support and service of Neves was quite nice. The apartment is the most well equipped, we have been ever to. Here, you get a completely kitchen with all basic spices and stuff like at home. We can really recommend the apartment! PS: If you travel from the airport, take the opportunity to get to the apartment with Neves. Less stress and easier to find :)
