This is an amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. Part of the hotel has undergone a facelift and now offers a brand new, fresh, aesthetic and modern blue design, was really happy with the room and the surroundings. The hotel's restaurants, breakfast and cocktail bar were all phenomenal with great ambience, service and wonderful eats and drinks. The spa was a nice experience, though the I kind of expected the water to be warmer. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Karlovy Vary on foot. It really lives up to its reputation and one can indeed experience how it felt like to stay in a historic grand hotel during the times of the Monarchy. I wish to move in when I retire. :)

Spacious, clean and extremely cosy. Parking right infront of the property. The self check in actually works and works well. The breakfast was to die for, really good value for money.

3 of us stayed 6 nights in the apartment. The beautiful spa centre of Karlovy Vary was within walking distance. We bought a 7-day local bus pass, which was very convenient for accessing town centre, supermarkets, train station. The bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. All equipment for cooking was available. Providing some cooking oil would be useful. Katrin was very warm and helpful, quick to respond to requests. Would definitely stay again if we visit Karlovy Vary.
