We had a great stay at the hotel with our two children. Our room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom roomy with all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they had no issue talking to us in English or German. Our 8-year-old gave the hotel restaurant five stars (which is no easy feat!) after having dinner there, probably due to the fact that the children’s menu included the following item: “tell us your favourite dish and we’ll do our best”. The parents also ate very well. The breakfast the following morning was also delicious, including homemade jams, salmon, DIY waffles and a fresh edition of the local newspaper waiting at the table. The hotel is conveniently located not too far from the motorway, perfect for a stop on our way north to Denmark. We also had the opportunity to experience the local summer music festival. I can only recommend a stay here!
