Our stay at the house has been wonderful. The location is great, surrounded by nature but also close to the beach and Alligne. The house is decorated great nordic style and has everything one needs, from outside space, cozy living room and a kitchen with all the equipment to cook everything one desires. Helle was the most wonderful host. She walked with us around their land, with animals and beautiful greenery. She is also working on improving the biodiversity in the area, which we found a remarkable task! We would 100% recommend staying here, it was a great experience we would repeat anytime again.

The breakfast was great, probably the best breakfast on the entire island! The staff is just so friendly and polite, they make you want to stay there for much longer. It was such a lovely stay, we hope we can go back there. The flats are well-furnished, and really have all you can need, but the interior design is a bit impersonal. The cafe, on the other hand, is quite charming.

Melsted Badehotel is situated on the beachfront in Gudhjem, 6 km from Østerlars Church and 7.3 km from The Sanctuary Cliffs.

Another excellent stay at Melsted. Wanted to book 4 nights but stayed only two as hotel was booked for an event. Had dinner two nights at the restaurant. Excellent experience both nights and I strongly recommend to make reservations - it was packed. Breakfast great with good options, cappucino available at extra cost. Will be back next yr.

This is an absolutely gem of a hotel and the team led by Mie is delightful. There are very few hotel nowadays who mange to convey like they do the feeling of being received like a friend in a beautiful elegant yet homey environment. The location is fabulous and the building and rooms full of charm and calm: the place is so nice that guests are relaxed and careful with one another. Every detail is meant to be respectful of the nature and the history of the house and it is very cleverly and caringly done. Finally Mie the GM goes totally out of her way to help you, she is incredibly dedicated and caring which contributes to make your stay memorable and unique: thanks to her and her team!

This hotel is 25 minutes’ drive from Rønne Harbour and 100 metres from the beach in Sandkås. It offers a seaside location, bicycle rentals and free sauna and pool access.

excellent hotel, all you need is provided within the room - private bathroom and small kitchen annex, spacious balcony with the sea view, everything clean and tidy, and the separate entrance does the job 👌🏻

It is a very beautiful property, close to the ocean. Staffs were very friendly. I also found my spirit animal, jellyfish drawing with my name 🥰with the key. Sauna was the best after a long day hiking to relax 😌 Highly recommended 🤩
