Very hospitable owners, unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of the offer to extend our stay. Ideal accommodation for families with children, where everyone can find their own privacy. Although we didn't use it, everything is available on site for cooking, outdoor grilling, and other activities.

    Charming hotel by the lake. The rooms (we had 2) were spacious and nicely decorated with Danish furniture. Great views over the lake from the breakfast table. We enjoyed the spa with indoor swimming, an outdoor hot Jacuzzi, a Viking shower (cold water bucket), a sauna, and a steam bath (pic from our hotel room shows the outdoor spa facilities). It turned to a rainy day, so heading to Mønsted Kalkgruber (lime mines) was terrific and one of the highlights of our tour. Endless caves with magical light. Kids and adults loved it.

    Everything was fine. Very clean, big room and bathroom. Good bar at the lobby with a very funny Danish game. Also the healthy breakfast was marbelous. The rooftop is great to see Viborg downtown and surroundings.
