The place is fantastic just in front of the sea. The staff are friendly and helpful full of good vibes! . I stayed 5 nights and every day was full of new experiences, fresh food, friendly faces and access to kitchen and fridge. They guys showed me the best spots to surf and also provided with tips. One of the best hostels i’ve ever been. Lot’s of nice paintings. A unique place and the young owner of the Hotel, Martin is extremely nice and helpful and gave us lots of information about Galapagos. Arriving at the property involves driving onto the beach (or getting a taxi), which was both daunting and surreal at first, but quickly became one of my favourite things about it. We had an SUV (not 4x4) and had no problems - the sand is really hard and easy to drive on. The owner was extremely communicative and helpful over WhatsApp, and made us feel very welcome during our stay. He's an excellent chef, and we ate at the hotel every day to make the most of his incredible cooking. The property itself is on it's own stretch of a fairly deserted beach (which becomes inaccessible during high tide) and both the views and isolation are beautiful. We went for walks and swam during the day and drifted off to peaceful sound of the waves and wind at night.
