Design, functionality, great location, excellent customer service. We arrived on a particularly hot day and there was ice cream in the fridge! I also appreciated the yoga mat, reusable water bottles, bag for groceries shopping and many other small details that made our stay truly comfortable.

Hotel Sophia is located in an upcoming neighborhood where the Tartu University of Science and Technology, as well as hospital are within a short walk away.

The room was equipped with sauna, which was great after long day on a rally event. Very easy to control. Next time I will book the same room. You can also go straight to the shopping mall by the elevator as the hotel is connected to Launakeskus, the biggest shopping centre in Tartu.

Everything was in perfect order. If you don't need accommodation right in the historical center, I recommend this one. Unusual view of the surroundings, quiet location, close to the shopping center and public transport. The apartment was perfectly clean and tidy, we didn't miss anything there.
