Staying at Molin Guesthouse was a highlight of our trip. The studio room and bathroom was super stylish and modern and warm. Immaculately appointed and clean.The bed was so comfortable! This is THE place to stay in Sandoy - a lovely island but there are not many places to dine. Molin Guesthouse in Skálavík right by the water has a restaurant, cafe and hotel all on site. All excellent. They provided us with breakfast, lunch if required and evening meals. Our hosts went above and beyond with exceptional service. We learned so much about the local history and were made so welcome. Thank you so much! An absolute gem.

Magnificent view and absolutely perfect place for holidays. Hosts were the most helpfull and we absolutely loved every day there.

Hotel Hafnia is in Torshavn’s Old Town, right on the main street, Áarvegur. It offers free in-room Wi-Fi. Guest rooms feature a minibar, tea/coffee facilities and a private bathroom with shower.

We arrived on a late ferry and needed somewhere to stay on the night before the national festival and they were perfect, even if the price was high. They were so generous and included breakfast and were so helpful with all my questions about closed roads, parking and arrival procedures, ATM and supermarket locations and the events happening for the festival.

The natural grass roof of this peaceful, design hotel matches the surrounding green countryside. All rooms overlook Nólsoy Fjord and central Tórshavn, which is 2 km away. Wi-Fi is free.

We loved the charm of the old hotel and found its facilities very satisfactory. Breakfast was fantastic and out dinners were amazing. Pickup by taxis and tour buses was very convenient. We will stay here again.

We had a great stay at the house in Tørshavn. It is a very spacious house, we all had our own bedroom and everything we needed was there. Is it a bit rustic? Yes, but that fits the age of the house. Restaurants and stores are all within walking distance. We highly recommend this place to stay while you are in the Faroes. Thanks, Barbara for you hospitality!

The room was large, very light and spacious. Double bed, table that sat 2 so you could sit and stare out the window at the view, sofa in the room and hooks and coat hangers for towels or coats. The kitchen had enough equipment for cooking my own meals and a frige to store food in. Dry food I stored in my room. Large bathroom and space for parking my car. A short drive into town which would also be walkable. A local grocery store was close by too. The host popped in a couple of times and was friendly.

Located by Tórshavn Harbour, this hotel is 300 metres from the Old Town and government buildings at Tinganes. Flat-screen TVs, tea/coffee makers and private bathrooms are found in all rooms.
