The service was SUPERB ! When I asked them a question about the room I wanted to booked, they immediately responded through email, hence I didn’t hesitate to make a reservation. Our room was in the second floor and the hotel didn’t have elevator. HOWEVER, they helped us carry some of our luggage. They were very kind to my 1 year old, making me feel less anxious. Traveling with a baby can be stressful but they made us feel so welcomed so thank you. Eating at the balcony was a beautiful experience. The food was exceptional and again the service was fantastic. Even though we already checked out, they lent us some umbrellas and when it rained.

Love that they preserved the interior of the chateau, making it feel authentic as possible. Love the stone walls, beams, and antique furnitures. Moreover, the staff were very friendly and one even interacted with our son. Food was AMAZING! Glad we had our dinner there.
