A friendly welcome, although l was too early to check in. Refreshments and a short wait and I was in. The room was basic, no frills, but as described and adequate for a single night. Dinner and breakfast, extra charge, could be served outside, your choice, but pleasant for August.

Superb, modern hotel, the first I've stayed in that had all facilities for disabled travellers. Superb location, super comfortable, first class dinners and breakfasts. The chef who I think may have been the hotel owner, and his staff gave first class food ( entrees, main dishes and deserts). Fantastic. Best hotel overall that I've stayed at in France over several years visiting France. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and Cordula who was on reception every day bar one, was multilingual. All other staff on reception and who waited during evening dinners were all brilliant. I'd certainly stay here again if I could get a booking next year.

Quiet country location. Exceptional hosts and good meals provided in the price. Stand alone chalet was a nice change. Great biking roads around the area, also hiking along the Robert Louis Stephenson trail.

Great location. Clean & beautifully decorated, with good orientation for afternoon/evening sunshine with private and comfortable sitting outside areas. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, great beds, good showers, lovely sitting out areas, and jacuzzi an added bonus. The location is very good; Pont de Montvert is a scenic village with basic amenities. Carrefour in Florac is a 15-20 minute drive away and has everything required. The property is private and has a great view across the valley.

This beautiful house was well equipped with everything you could need. Lots of space, stylishly decorated, large comfortable sofas and large comfortable beds. The kitchen was of a very high standard too. Wonderful views out over the valley and Edward was very helpful in his local information. The best place to stay in this delightful and remote part of the Cevennes!
