Beautiful building with history. Staff were professional and excellent customer service. Staff actually loved their job and it showed in the service. The garden are a must for an after breakfast walk.

The apartment was really comfy and neat. I liked that options such as Netflix, BBC iPlayer, etc., were available on the telly. Particularly because it was an FA Cup weekend and I'd been on the road, so getting to watch the match replay on BBC iPlayer hit all the right notes for me.
