The location is spectacular with nature literally right at your doorstep. Getting woken up by a pheasant on the roof of your pod at 5.30 was annoying but special at the same time. I sat with the door open with a cup of tea watching him watching me until he got bored and wandered off. The pod and the showers/bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Didn't really use the kitchen except to boil water, but that was clean too. Gemma was really kind letting me use the shower after I got a bit lost on an overly ambitious mountain bike ride and got back just minutes before the 11am check-out time. Thank you! It's a pity it was only for a one night stop off....next year I will spend more time here.

Such a lovely warm welcome from Jackie. The hotel was kept well and very clean, with lots of little touches. The room was great, big bed/tv and the bathroom was very modern (the shower was amazing). Control over the heating in the room, which we absolutely loved. The breakfast was superb, Jackie couldn’t help enough and we were offered extras, the spread and presentation was great.

Situated just a short walk from the town center, it provides a peaceful retreat with easy access to local attractions. Hosts go to extraordinary lengths to make you feel at home. We absolutely loved the Inn on the Tay, the location next to the river Tay is amazing, the room (we had a family room number 5) was very cosy and super clean and nicely decorated, which made us feel like home immediately. The beds were super for chilling and the bar and restaurant were charming and very 'gezellig '. We liked to take a drink and played some games with the family. The owners and personnel were all very sweet, relaxt and helpful. The walk along their river with the dogs was nice and challenging for the dogs by jumping over the rocks.
