Lovely house, exceeded expectations from all that stayed. The house was spotless all the way through. The kitchen was nice and big when it came to both storing food and drink and for eating in. 10 guests stayed and we all got comfortably in the house. The living room was also very nice with plenty of space to fit us all in and chill. I believe we might have got lucky for parking considering the location but we managed to get 3 car parking spots directly out the front of the house.

The perfect stay. Near the beach , the staff were excellent as was the yummy breakfast. Room was clean and warm . Very nice relaxed atmosphere. Definitely be back.

Cosy , clean an welcoming. Lovely nite for new year watching the fireworks over the water at harwich from our balcony. Had a nice meal there too , very friendly staff.

The house is in a very convenient location, clean and spacious. The host was extremely polite and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and are very satisfied.

What a blast!! A small hotel close to the ferry terminal (10 mins) with outstanding rooms – warm, spacious, clean. And then … the pub on the ground floor. What a great place to have dinner, and hey what a lovely dinner. Wonderful, friendly employee who make your stay just perfect. Well, guess what: breakfest is just amazing – full English of course. Definitly THE place to stay when heading back to Netherlands. A perfect start when arriving and a cosy warm place when you leave, that makes you wanna come back again soon!

The staff was excellent and very friendly We used the family room on top of the pub - it was surprisingly very quiet thanks to excellent sound-proofing - it was nicely decorated The bathroom was clean and very big, but we had to go through the corridor to access it The breakfast was very good The location in Harwich was great
