AMAZING STAFF, SO, SO BUSY BUT ATTENTIVE , FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. A REAL ASSETT TO THE HOTEL. SORRY I DONT HAVE NAMES BUT THE GUY WHO LOOKED AFTER US AND THE BAR GIRL WERE GREAT. AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE, LOVELY SETTING, GREAT BREAKFAST AND COFFEE. OH AND THE ROOM, WAS UNIQUE AND REGAL. GOOD OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERICE WITH A PERSONAL TWIST. IF I OPEN UP A HOSPITALITY VENUE IM AFTER ALL YOUR STAFF!

We loved every minute of our stay. It was very comfy, the food was delicious and the staff very friendly. And Hexham is such a charming little town. We would have liked to stay longer.

Amazing building. Comfortable bed and good facilities. Staff were fantastic - views were awesome.

We stayed one night we had an evening meal that was excellent. The breakfast was also amazing.. The room was comfortable and cozy. We had a great sleep on a very comfortable bed. It's a grand old hotel like going back in time. We will be back.
