I found the reception on arrival not very happy I was greeted with we are closed to 12 we have had a wedding all day yesterday I was not given the chance to say can I drop my bag off as I am staying I’m not a lunch customer I needed to drop my bag off as I was going to a party The lady did let me leave it but she also said I could pay. It not have a key Strange there closed but open to take my money Apart from that every thing was good

very nice staff, very responsive and responsible (e.g. the table light did not work and called we called for repairing. the staff reached us at the restaurant to tell us it was fixed ). very delicious dinner which is inclusive in the room price

This is my second visit to this hotel, and just like the first time, I had a wonderful stay. It's conveniently located near the shopping center, and I was satisfied with all the amenities offered.
