The staff were amazing. We upgraded our room after arriving late and tired. The customer service on the front desk was very helpful and even rebooked our dinner since we arrived late and missed it. We had a thomas room which was huge, clean and spacious for a family.

Would give it 9.5 as nothing is perfect, but Booking.com doesn't allow that, hence a 10. It is nothing fancy, but it doesn't need to be. The room was proper, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good arrange of choices. Value for money this is probably one of the better accommodations we have stayed at. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

Very cosy and clean accomodation conveniently located. The communication with host was easy and they were very helpful. A great gesture leaving coffee, tea and sugar for us to use from day 1, and some bombons too! We all enjoyed our stay very much, thanks for all.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property, dating back to the 13th century, is stunning and full of character. It’s set in a beautiful, lush, and green area that offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Dinner was fantastic, Apo was a wonderful host at the restaurant and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Also Pedro was a great host making our first day very enjoyable. Truly loved everything about our stay.

The property has great facilities the restaurant was lovely with reasonable prices. My Lo really loved all the Thomas theming throughout. And we all enjoyed the arcade and play park in the evenings. Having a fridge in the room was a huge benefit to keep milk etc for small children.

Great customer service, very child friendly and centred around making the best experience for children. Staff very well trained when it came to allergies at tea time. Got upgraded for a low cost on the day

For family with kids it is amazing. They know all about kids needs. Mini-golf, play room, treasure hunt, etc. My son shake the hand and gave the hug to all tens of characters in the hotel when we were leaving.

A fun hotel, great for families especially those with young children, with photo options with Thomas the Tank Engine in the foyer and characters in costume visiting tables at breakfast. Themed rooms available, but standard rooms were well equiped and serviceable. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options.
