Lovely little character cottage in a quiet village location. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs up steep, narrow stairs no it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The washing machine was very useful and the croissants and breakfast items provided were a lovely addition. The host Christine was very kind and helpful in answering my questions and making sure we had a convenient parking space on the street outside. It was convenient for attending a wedding at Foxtail Barns and we had a lovely stay.

Country Hotel is located on the edge of Rudyard Lake, providing a beautiful setting for guests.

We selected this property as it was the nearest to The Ashes Wedding Venue. This hotel's scenery is absolutely breathtaking....great for hikes! Dog friendly :) Staff were super helpful, accommodating, and extremely welcoming. Food delicious and good value for money! We hope to pay a visit to this place in the future.

Stayed there just one night with my 13 year old step son. Walked through the local hills and visited a local pub. The hut is great, perfect for a night or two. We had a brilliant time.

The room was delightful with a view out over fields. We were greeted with bottled water and the tea and coffee tasted wonderful. The pub was wonderful and the food was amazing!
