Any pub B&B depends on the quality of the team running the business. Nikki and Patrick, ably assisted by their comedic breakfast chef, Lorenzo, ensured our stay was entertaining and memorable. The pub locals and their dogs were friendly too and played their part in the complete package. Hard to believe the team was only put together 6 weeks before our stay. Close to the New Forest. Go there!

The best place we stayed in during our 2 weeks holiday ! We loved staying in an authentic english house. House is super cute, very comfortable and perfectly equiped. We found everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable House was very clean, located in a quiet street. Parking was easy to find on the street. 20 min walking from the cathedrale.

Absolutely, everything was perfect. From the moment I got there, I was made to feel welcome. Very helpful staff and I found it convenient to have a pub just down the stairs. The location is ideal, super close to everything in town, busses, etc. The bed was very comfortable, the shared bathroom was always clean, and the little coffee station in the room was great to have.

Our room was spacious, well appointed, fresh and clean. The bathroom was of a high standard, with a lovely large shower and hot water in an instant. Great kitchenette facilities in the room also, and onsite parking was great. Hilary greeted us warmly and was the perfect host with a lovely breakfast to finish our stay.
