Modern clean comfortable rooms, with Tea & Coffee making and generous biscuits. Room was warm. Excellent breakfast with wide choice of food. Dinner was very good, both represented good value All the staff were friendly and responsive. Check in & Check out process was a breeze and very efficient. Plenty of on-site parking at no cost.

The hotel looks like a filming location, it's just amazing. If you take a stroll around the gardens you'll see squirrels, deers and even foxes! The food is really good too and the staff is just next level. There was some loud music near my room and they changed me to a better one without even having to ask. Reception desk staff were helpful, friendly and warm.

    The afternoon shift staff member who managed to change our room to something a little better after we asked him to refund our money so we could leave. He at least understood that we were not happy The hotel is well located if you have things to do in the local area

    Peaceful atmosphere. Comfortable chalet with everything we need. Great walking trails, interesting facts about the iron streams, amazing breakfast at the cafe. And what a fun and interactive park for the children. The star of the show was all the wildlife. It was amazing to see my first kingfisher on the lake one morning.
