Even though we booked very last minute the host family were very welcoming. Our room was comfortable and there is a guest kitchen so you can prepare your own meals. We were able to use the washing machine too. The garden is absolutely beautiful and we loved spending our evenings sitting outside. The family treated us to fresh fruit, tea and sweets at every opportunity! We asked for dinner one evening and the food was very tasty. We didn't try the breakfast. It's well located to see the sights of the area. Also, you can park your car on the driveway.

Everything was incredible, the girl on the reception was the the nicest, so attentive and helpful, advised is on the weather and where to stay in our next stop Kazbegi. The guys in the dinner and breakfast were amazing too. Regardless low season everything was working - the sauna, the restaurant, the room was incredible, we really appreciated the upgrade. Would definitely definitely come back if ever in the region again!

The kindness of the family was outstanding, we had a great time here. They helped us in all their possible ways, so we were very pleased. Breakfasts and dinners were amazing, views of the garden very nice. The owner has her own channel (kistauri vblogs) where you can see how she collects everything from the garden. For us it was wonderful because we used to see this kind of videos in internet, now we just lived the experience. It is really a place to come back. If you want to have complete freedom visiting the area, I recommend you to rent a car. Anyways, we were able to move around using sometimes martsutkas, sometimes taxis (around 15-25 laris for 10-20 km trips).

Fabulous property with one of the best hospitality i have encountered. The hosts are lovely people, arranged for drop offs and pickups from nearby monastery , every request we had was accommodated , the food here is excellent, the wine even more so , the pool is 5 star property standard in every way , the location and the surroundings are gorgeous. The rooms themselves are very comfortable. We got to listen to some local Georgian music in one of the evenings as well. Its nice to walk around the winery and the family dog always accompanies you to keep guard. One of the best travel experiences, highly recommend.
