If I could rate this guesthouse any higher we surely would. We had an absolutely amazing stay and it was with a heavy heart leaving. When arriving we were welcomed by the entire family. Natali is a superb cook, serving traditional Georgian food that is all home made from the garden. Koba shared with us his home made wine and vodka and together with his wife Angelina gave us a look into the traditions of a Georgian home. The guesthouse is close to Vardzia, only a few minutes drive. When visiting I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to experience the real Georgia. Gaumarjos!!

Incredible Location you will never get closer to the people in Georgia than there and you are right at the sight. The landlord is very very nice..showed us around and the abandoned village. Unfortunately he does not speak English. His wife cooks very good food. The rooms are perfectly adequate for one night. Further on, the landlord drove us up the steep hill at the sight.

Owner is very nice and friendly , she even gave us a bag of apples when we left. Makes us coffee and sang us a song as the lady is a musician . Very private and felt a little like camping . Room is new, clean and warm

The owners were very kind, friendly and most helpful, providing useful advise on various things, be it the transport, the nearby spa, local shops etc. The facility is opened to various kind of travellers, including these wishing to pitch their tent in the garden and yes, there was an exraordinaty traveller with a tent motorbiking from Italy! Our room was spacy and perfectly clean, incl. the bathroom. The garden provides great sitting for evening chats or morning breakfasts with your co-travellers or to meet other guests. There are both indoor kitchen and garden kitchen available. Amazing place!

Alexander and his family are amazing hosts. We had amazing time here and we hope we will meet them soon! We were lucky enough to be there for Alexander's birthday and attend his surprise birthday party. So welcoming. very calm during winter (no tourists and very few locals), so it felt like abandoned village. room was comfortable but be ready to put on appropriately as in the morning it can be -20 degrees celsius. for additional 50 lari you can have dinner and breakfast, which is made just from local product, which owners make on their own (cheese, vine, bread, chacapuri and so on) and it is well worth it.
