We started hiking the Menalon trail from Stemnitsa and stayed at Gartagani. The guesthouse is beautiful, a lovely Arcadian stone house set on a hill overlooking the village, we loved our view from the room. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. We would definitely come back.

    The room was big, nice and well equipped. We got a great crib for the baby too! We also had a nice balcony in which we could have our late dinner. The breakfast was amazing!.. big and diverse. We couldn't eat it all so the wonderful woman that helped us (we forgot the name, sorry!) gave it to us for our hike. We had a great time there. Totally recommend..

    Charming accommodation, adjoining suite for kids so family could be together but separate. Good views and natural ventilation. Great place to explore from. Lots of stairs though so better for agile travelers. Amazing sweet breakfast spread.
