This is a DREAM location. The view is absolutely fantastic. Fantastic privacy. Your own swimming pool facing the kite surfers golf. Giannis welcomes you with the best natural and bio products. He surprised us for several times during our stay with the best figs and prickly pears (opuntia cactus fruits) from his own garden. And cookies. And olive oil. And orange juice. And some ice cold beers in the fridge. And orange jam and fresh bread. And...I am sure I forgot many other products. From your own jacuzzi and/or swimming pool you can contemplate the Kouremenos beach and valley while planning your next day trips. I repeat because also for us was not 100% clear until we arrived: you park your car, close the gate and you have everything only for you. One conclusion: FA-BU-LOUS!

Fantastic stay. Nice and calm place. Breakfast, swimming pool, view from balcony. Apartament was spacious and equipped properly. Great place to visit and enjoy quiet East Crete. Of course You need to have a rented car

Very kind staff, awesome breakfast with some almond homemade cake! Rooms are simple but clean and tidy, 10 minutes away from the archeological site and the beach. Zakro is off limits for the tourist buses.. a good place to spend a couple of days! Excellent quality/ price. Thanks a lot!

At first we were disappointed in general, before we entered the hotel (far from the sea, behind the road). But then everything changed. A luxurious hotel, garden, pool and service from Nektarios (the owner). We got the best salad in the world I have ever eaten as a welcome, every morning cups of fruit of outstanding taste. We have never experienced such care from the hotel owner (!). An invitation to dinner in a non-touristy typical restaurant, the next day a trip to the mountains for a private party in the middle of nowhere! Nektarios showed us all the interesting places to go. He recommended the palm beach of Vai (the best of all, although there were a lot of tourists, but it was possible, you can climb over the rock and you are alone) and the deserted ones. So swimming in the sea was good in the end. It was an experience like staying with a friend, a friend who loves you. And we thank him (his wife and others) very much for these three days in his beautiful hotel.

The exceptional hosts, fantastic welcoming meal, amazing sea view, being away from crowds, close to nature, sea, original Greek home, cleaniness and tasty decor, plenty of space. The host was very warm and welcoming and helpful in all ways. The house where I stayed was perfectly renovated clean and spacious. Also I liked the small town and the surrounding of Xerokampos.
