Location is great. Very central but quiet. Bed is very comfortable which was a huge plus. Angelos, the owner, is lovely and helpful. Studio we stayed in had a fantastic view of the harbour, nice size and was very clean. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful family-run accommodation in a lovely setting. Location is excellent, in a quiet area only 5 minute walk from Panormos Beach, which is a good halfway point of Skopelos. The most attentive and friendly staff you will ever come across and the room was kept very clean and well equipped. Everything was great and we would definitely love to come back to stay! Thank you 😊

The location is good. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room looked exactly like on the photos. Kitchen is fully equiped. The pool is such a nice bonus :)

From the moment we arrived, Theofilis made us feel incredibly welcome. Their kindness and attentiveness went above and beyond, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The host was always available to answer questions and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. They genuinely cared about making our visit memorable and were always eager to help with anything I needed. The accommodation was immaculate and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could request. The attention to detail in the decor and cleanliness was super nice. The location is amazing, close to the center but quiet at the same time. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable stay. We are planning to return!

Everything! This is the dream villa for a holiday on Skopelos island. It could not have been any better for us. The views, the facilities, the rooms, the pool, the hosts …. absolutely fabulous. It’s not often that you find a place that is better in reality than in the photos. Fully equipped kitchen in beautiful open plan area. Complete with dishwasher and washing machine. Spacious. Quiet and secluded and overlooking Skopelos town, harbour, sea and surrounding mountains. The villa is surrounded by olive groves. This is quality!

    We are a young family and visited the island for three nights. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. All the furniture was of great quality and we found very convenient the clothes hanging lines with the pegs for wet swim gear. The views are stunning and the garden and grounds are nicely maintained. The staff was very friendly with us and our young children. The pool is cute, with salty water that kids enjoyed the first day. The hotel offered freshly washed fluffy pool towels, very convenient for us.
