Everything was just perfect. The communication with the owner was nice and pleasent. The studio is clean and cozy, situated near by the center, but at the same time is quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful! I like it very much and I reccomend the place!

Probably the newest building in Xanthi, very clean, free parking on the spot, all facilities where as described and even more. There was even an emergency kit, and products to do our laundry. And the owners where very friendly. I wouldn't look for anywhere else to stay.

If you want to feel welcome and have a pleasant stay in this area, go to Eva's house. We did arrive after a long stay at the border and were really tired, and Eva's house welcomed us with some juices, fruits, and food in the fridge.This was such a nice gesture. The house was clean, the AC was working perfectly, and we enjoyed the small things that made us feel welcome. Internet was also working superb, you can park in front of the house and the nights were quiet. For us, the location was great, providing an easy way to the next city, Xanthi, and the beaches Mirodato and Avdira. We can totally recommend Eva's house.
