Friendly staff. We were going to miss the breakfast as we were going on an early morning hike. The receptionist organised a tasty takeaway breakfast for us and it was delivered to our room at 5:30. Excellent service.

Lovely ambience. Facilities new and in excellent condition. Comfortable. Calm, relaxing. Staff were very engaging, work together well as a team, respond promptly to any minor issues that arise. The modest exterior disguises a very nicely styled interior. Everything was excellent.

I liked nothing. The hotel was dirty. The WC was broken, there was not hot water, the staff was very noisy during the night and morning. We couldn't sleep well.
