We stayed in the little self catering apartment in a separate wooden building opposite the main house. It has one single & one double bed, a small but adequately equipped kitchen/dining area (we didn't use it anyway). The bedroom is spacious and the bed VERY comfortable. The weather was unusually hot for the time of year but the rooms stayed cool thanks to small windows and cool night time temperatures, although there's an air conditioning unit and a woodburning stove to cover all weather. The owners were really friendly & helpful & spent some time chatting with us as we explained we were looking at property in the area. The food was delicious, we had a mixed meat and cheese plate as a starter followed by a plate of mixed local fish grilled and fried. We couldn't eat it all! For the next night we pre-ordered lamb cooked in a traditional peka in the fire, this was also delicious and very large! The main building is also an old wooden house, very charming and full of rustic decorations, it also has a storks nest on the roof.

Our stay at Apartment Aria was exceptional in every way. The host showed outstanding kindness, hospitality, and helpfulness — from the first contact to our departure. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and impressively well-equipped; it had more useful items than most people have in their own homes. The location is perfect, right in the city center, and the private parking in front of the building made everything even easier. We were especially delighted by the extra amenities like the sauna and jacuzzi — a true luxury we didn’t expect but thoroughly enjoyed. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt at home. On our next visit to Kutina, we’ll definitely stay here again — this kind of accommodation, and these kinds of hosts, deserve nothing less than our warmest recommendation.

Very comfortable apartments, furnished with care and very clean. Two separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. After spending half the night stuck in traffic at the border, it was the perfect place to rest and continue our trip. The check in was automatic and the host gave us clear directions of how to access the apartments and left the lights on, we found the way very easily. The hosts are very kind and gave us great tips on where to eat and what to see nearby.

liked everything. starting from the cost in relation to other options in this region (traveled in Slovenia and Croatia) ending with the interior, the large area of ​​the house, it had everything you needed and even more, it was interesting to look at the elements of the house: antique furniture, paintings, various things that show Croatian culture . The owner himself was interested in when we would arrive in order to warm up the house in advance and show us all the details (as well as homemade liqueurs, which made us fall asleep very well after a hard day😊). Staying in this house makes you feel very cozy and pleasant. If I am in this direction, I will definitely return there.
