Nice little house, simply but pleasantly furnished. The houses are separate so that no neighbors disturb your peace. Sometimes you can only hear the wind. The bathroom is big enough and the water connection provides enough pressure for both warm and cold water. The lavabo lacks a bit of storage space, but the living room has a shelf if necessary. Don't expect a TV or air conditioning. Maybe you need a heater in winter. 😉 On the upper floor there is a small tilting window that can be easily tilted when heat stucks upstairs. The flies don't fly at this height. Unfortunately because of the flies it is recommended not to keep the huge front dor open. But you can see the nice view trough the huge front. And the flies get inactive in the dark. Staff is super friendly and very suportive.

This place is amazing, so serene and truly beautiful. The views of Mount Batur from here are unreal. All the staff are so kind and welcoming, you really do feel like part of a little family here. They’re super helpful with organising tours, including sunrise trips up the mountain with really lovely guides. You can choose to go by Jeep or hike up whichever suits you. We did a mix of both as we didn't want to hike all the way. They provided transport to go to a local coffee plantation and the natural hot springs. They even helped us with transport back to Ubud. The food is also delicious, and they’re happy to help with just about anything, always so quick and willing to make sure you’re looked after. The rooms are really clean and comfy. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and I’d 100% come back the next time I’m in the area. Thank you Baan, Edi and everyone! See you next time ❤️

Loved the private hot spring bath that they prepared for us 2x - once after dinner and the next morning after our sunrise tour. They even made us a Bon fire to keep us warm after our dinner. Perfect place to totally unwind.

The most friendly staff in the world! Every member of staff I met could not be more helpful and accommodating to our needs. The pool is heated so was lovely to enjoy even on slightly cooler days. The room was regularly cleaned during our stay. The setting was lovely, garden areas well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows. The restaurant was amazing. Wide choice of food for breakfast including traditional Indonesian breakfasts along with cereals, croissants and fry up stuff.
