She went above and beyond helping with a situation that happened to our 9year old daughters foot. The restaurant staff are equally great, and the bar is relatively kid friendly 😊 Kid’s menu and plenty of soft drinks to choose from. Rooms are a bit dated but the bathrooms are updated. The location was ideal for my recent visit as family are no longer living locally. The staff are a credit to the hotel and make for a super experience, friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. My room was warm and clean with a comfortable bed.
