Couldn't do enough for us. We were back really late after a concert and were really hungry and cheekly asked if they were serving food and the staff made up some sandwiches for us

the room that we had was in the new wing, the apartment side, there were all the amenities needed, the room was clean, it had a comfortable bed and pillows. the staff were friendly, they suggested sites to see and also we able to give advice on the most cost effective way to get around
