Veronica is an excellent hostess, who did the utmost to meet our needs. We loved the way the house was renovated. Colours, fabrics and furniture are chosen with exquisite taste. From the house a stunning view to the Rock of Cashel and the lovely town Cashel with charming restaurants. We recommend this place with at least 7 stars😊

The house is still an ongoing project, so there are some small things which could make our stay even better but Veronica is just an exceptional host and she did everything and even more that we asked for. We rented this villa for our parents, it was really charming, clean and cozy. The rock is close, as are shop, pharmacies and everything you might need. Kitchen was full of stuff and equipment. When we couldn't figure out the heating. The owner kindly agreed to come and help us.

My wife is our trip planner. She deliberately bypassed the Blarney Castle to come to Cashel. She explained why and I agreed. She asked me to select the hotel in Cashel and I chose this one. I am glad I did. The hotel is outstanding in every respect. Breakfast is included and parking is available just a short distance away. The staff is tremendous. They recommended dining at their restaurant on site, but we wanted to go elsewhere. When we found nothing else open, we returned here. The room was very large with plenty of space and it even had a view of the Rock. The only quirky thing was the bathroom door and the positioning of the toilet seat. It was awkward. Still, we loved our one night in Cashel. The breakfast was absolutely perfect with a perfectly cooked eggs Benedict. If you visit Cashel, this is your place for everything.

The hotel is in a fine location. Bar is nice and cosy. Best buffet breakfast that i have had in a long time.

Cahir House Hotel is just a few steps away from the castle. From our room, we could see the castle lit up at night. Great for dreaming of knights and fair maidens. The beds are comfortable, but we arrived in a heat wave, and the poor little fan couldn't cool down the room. We were very fortunate to arrive at Trad Fest, so sitting in their bar and restaurant, we were entertained with live music. If you are staying at the hotel, have your meals there. The food is exceptional. Just like the food, the service is wonderful. A big thank you to Finnbarr for always checking to ensure my meals were gluten-free and my wine glass was full. I would definitely recommend this as a good location to see Rock of Cashel, swiss Cottage, Cahir Castle, and Jerpoint Abbey and so much more You can start your day with a full Irish breakfast or a buffet breakfast, which was included in our stay. then return at the end of the day for the wonderful dinner in a pub like atmosphere.
