Very friendly and helpful staff ( reception, cleaner, breakfast team). Very delicious breakfast. Unfortunately we stayed only 1 night and didn't have time to enjoy the facility ( pool, etc)

Wow what a place. Super helpful upon check-in, we had been delayed by storms in London and they made sure our process was speedy, called the restaurant we had booked ahead of our reservation to warn them we may be a little late, and sorted our taxi ahead of time. We made my wife’s birthday dinner and it was all down to Hayfields staff. Our suite was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious. We would stay nowhere else when repeat visiting Cork as we do. Thank you

The Views, location was perfect, just a little drive out of kinsale amd over the bridge , beautifully decorated well kept and clean. I didn't want to leave this place. It's perfect for group visits too
