Marie was a fabulous host. and was super-helpful with recommendations for the local area. Our room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Maries full Irish breakfast was delicious!

This hotel was very clean. The room over looked the sea. the staff were friendly and helpful.The food was beautiful good range on the menu. I had the breakfast next morning and it was lovely. Great location 5 min drive from Donegal airport, 5min walk to the Village The owner of the hotel showed me around the Brewery at the back of the Hotel. They have there own Craft beers Eirrigal, Ale, Strout and larger, IPA. I had trouble getting a taxi to the airport the next morning and the hotel staff drove me to the airport. 5 star rating for this hotel has everything. I woukd recommend🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪 👌

As a family of four we spent here 2 nights on our irish round trip and were completely satisfied with the service, rooms, and the food. Once a week there is live music event in the hotel bar. A family room have 3 separate beds.

Lovely cottage, clean, with everything you could need, we got a great stay, enjoyed a glass of wine in front of the chimney, thank you so much for the brown bread and free range eggs . Just 4 minutes from the cottage, you can take a 40-minute train around the lake.

We were down to do a hike of Mt. Errigle, the cottage was less than a ten minute drive away. When we arrived and were welcome by a hamper full of treats so we got stuck into them got the stove on and got great showers to try and warm up after a wet hike. The cottage has absolutely everything you need, and it is charming as it is well equipped. When you do venture out there's a little trail beside the river for a walk, and the location gets better as there is a nice wee bar restaurant beside where we ate a great dinner and enjoyed a few good pints of Guinness. Then there is the distillery a few more steps away that is a lovely place to visit. Would recommend the cottage to all and Christina the host was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us .
