A truly enchanting stay! The location, nestled amidst sea and mountains, felt like a slice of heaven. The low-hanging clouds added drama to the breathtaking views. The staff were attentive, and breakfast was delightful. The charming bridge just outside was straight out of a fairytale! The photos on Booking site didn’t display the exterior views, which surprised me because that’s the main attraction of this place. I traveled to Achill Island Hotel from the Cliffs of Moher, and the drive through Galway and County Mayo was one of the most scenic routes I’ve experienced in Ireland. County Sligo offers a wealth of activities, making this hotel ideally situated between Mayo, Galway, and Sligo for exploring all these places in just two to three days.

I cannot emphasise enough how wonderful the staff were. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. There was some live traditional music in the bar the night, and event though it was quite full it was still operating smoothly. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and relaxed, large rooms with en suites and we felt at home and could come and go as we pleased. Fooseball table and Netflix so kids were very happy!! Breakfast was great, they even offered to get in special cereals for the kids. Hot chocolate was a big plus.

lovely family run b&b. Michael and Roisin were so lovely and helpful. The breakfast was gorgeous and we rented electric bikes from the property which was very handy. Gielty’s restaurant is a 2 minute walk which has lovely food and cosy atmosphere.

The breakfast room was located at the front of the house and had a lovely view. The facilities were effectively self catering albeit with all necessary provisions in place and included in price to allow a good continental breakfast to be had. The hosts went out of their way to help us with our stay. The rooms were comfortable with good facilities. If you accept that you are staying in a family home and are a guest there then you will have a pleasant stay.

Jake and his family were excellent hosts. Our rooms were great and we had our own space for eating which was filled with great breakfast options. There was also a little shop nearby, and restaurants and pubs a very short drive away.
