The place is absolutely beautiful, and the personnel is extremely customer oriented and highly professional. We were really impressed by the service from Eilis (with such elegance!) and Raquel (very good site seeing advice) as well as all other staff members. Breakfast and dîner were also excellent. it's a stunning beautiful old but well maintained, and huge castle with lots of 4 walking/trekking routes; u can also go around with the bikes provided by the hotel; the staffs are nice and everywhere is just beautiful, lots of different rooms around the hotel lobbies and restaurants.
