From the check in to check out the experience was top notch, very professional staff, so friendly and helpful. Castle is magical, with so much to see! We stayed in a superior courtyard room, number 65, so spacious and luxurious. The bath in the room was a really nice extra, bed was very large and comfortable. We could park right outside the room. We stayed Saturday night and there was a wedding being catered for but we never heard any noise or had any disturbance. We had our evening meal in the bar and it was delicious and service was so quick and attentive. Breakfast the next morning was the same, excellent selection of hot food and buffet items with quick and friendly staff. We have done a lot of hotel stays and this was by far the best one, will definitely be back!

Very good first impression, perfect stay for our family of four. Beautiful interior and very nice staff. Dinner was amazing! Breakfast was very good too. Rooms were very clean and fresh. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
