I was allowed to check in early which meant a lot after a long flight. Then I was upgraded! We asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed and they made up the bed for us while we were at dinner. Above and beyond was my experience of this hotel! Very nice staff in restaurant and reception too.

Perfect airport hotel. 5 minute walk from security clearance at terminal 2, they have a shuttle but no need it’s so close. Quiet rooms did not hear an airplane all night. Cozy beds, friendly staff, good restaurant for a basic meal, streamlined self check in no queuing on arrival
