The host is the most hardworking man I've ever met, very polite, cares about his guests, always comes around to make sure his guests are good, always available, gives you all the information, help and support you need. Very focused, organised, hardworking with a smile on his face. You need anything? He's a call away. The hotel has everything to make you feel at home...away from home and that includes a surveillance camera to keep the property secure and make the guests feel safe. The hotel is adjacent to the Bus stop, a stone throw to the train station, and few minutes walk to basic amenities like supermarkets, pharmacy, eatery, you name it. The hotel is perfectly located at the heart of the Town. If you are visiting Ireland, ditch the big cities, start with Ballyhaunis and check into JAMES LYONS B&B, you will thank me later. JAMES LYONS B&B IS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mick and John were excellent hosts and ensured that my daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful stop-over on our long journey to Galway. The rooms were clean and functional and the showers were hot and powerful. Breakfast was spot-on - a large range to choose from and something for everyone. Really enjoyed our short stay and very impressed with our introduction to Irish hotels!
