This is a perfect homestay. Beautiful property with really sweet hosts. The best part is they also own a small restaurant which makes it easier to get access to some tasty homemade food. The location is perfect too. 20 min from airport, 20 min from Panjim/Old Goa.

Afonso Guest house exceeded all our expectations! It is in fact even much more beautiful than shown on internet. The roof garden full of plants and flowers is a real highlight. Breakfast up there wíth traditional Goan bread was delicious. The room was spacious enough, very clean, everything is functioning well (also WIFI) and the owner lady is a lovely host, very knowledgeable and always ready to help you or give you informations. We can highly recommand this place and wish to come back!

The host is first class, not only as a host but also simply a very good person. He gave much more of himself than expected. I have traveled a lot around the world but I have never met such cordiality and kindness. The place itself is in a very good location, a good base for exploring Panjim and Old Goa. Clean rooms.
